No, I didn't drop off the planet

And yes, I *have* been knitting.

Ack. Gasp. Cough. Cough!

What\’s that? Sounds of incredible disbelief? Well, I\’ve been working on a baby sweater for a friend who\’s due on September 1st. I\’m just about done. It\’s a lovely orange made with Crayon yarn from KnitPicks. And then I\’m going to turn around and make a second one in yellow for a second friend who is due on September 2nd.

It\’s becoming a race of due dates versus my inability to knit in the summer. Thank goodness baby sweaters are small and I picked a nice lightweight cotton yarn!
