Description

Spread the love

One of two elephant designs in the pattern shop, this knit dishcloth picture is of an elephant in profile facing to the right. He is easily recognized by the shape of his head and the slope of his back. His trunk is hanging down and is curled under.

The design is not symmetrical so lefty knitters might need to make adjustment if it matters which way the elephant is facing.

The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
