I am a lifelong crafter who began designing dishcloths at the beginning of 2007. I have been crocheting for over 30 years, knitting for over 20 years, and dabbling in many other crafts such as cross stitch, sewing, beading, quilting, and ceramics. I freelance full time as an editor and proofreader, and I like to spend my evenings knitting and designing patterns. I’m also an avid reader and I love movies. I live in Central Connecticut with my husband, three boys, and various pets. I taught myself to knit when my oldest son was an infant so I could knit a hat for him. After my third son was born, I realized I had no time at all to knit, but I discovered the Monthly Dishcloth KAL group. Dishcloths were the perfect thing for me to knit in small snippets of time.
