Knit Dishcloth Patterns
Make a wish! This design is a silhouette of Aladdin’s magic lamp. The spout of the lamp points left, with the handle on the right.
The design is not symmetrical so adjustments might need to be made for lefty knitters if it matters which way the lamp is facing.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
Knitting Information:
Finished Size:9 in. X 9 in.
Gauge:18 st. and 26 rows = 4 inches in stockinette
Needle Size:Size 7 US (4 mm) or size to obtain gauge
Yarn Requirements:Approximately 1.5 oz. of 100% cotton dishcloth yarn, worsted weight.
