Knit Dishcloth Patterns
The fleur-de-lis is a versatile design. It is found in many decorating motifs and is a common theme at Mardi Gras. This knit dishcloth pattern has a solid picture of a fleur-de-lis in the most traditional shape, with points top and bottom and larger “leaves” fanning down from the top and smaller ones curling up from the bottom.
The design is symmetrical, so no adjustments need to be made for lefty knitters.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
