Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style! This knit dishcloth pattern has a picture of a Saguaro cactus on it. It is a solid design and has the characteristic “arms” of the cactus raised to the sky.
The design is very nearly symmetrical so no adjustments need to be made for lefty knitters. One of the arms of the cactus is raised slightly over the other, but this would make no difference if it were reversed.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
