Knit Dishcloth Patterns
Make no bones about it, this x-ray fish is an odd one. This knit dishcloth pattern shows a picture of the outline of an x-ray fish facing to the right, showing his backbone and some rib bones. This pattern is perfect if you are knitting an A-Z Alphabet afghan and looking for a picture for “X”.
The picture is created in garter stitch on a stockinette background. The border is seed stitch, but the pattern is written so that you may substitute a preferred border if you wish.
The design is not symmetrical, so lefty knitters might need to make adjustments depending upon their knitting style, and if it matters which way the fish is facing.
